Nepal would be one of the best place to start a telecom related products and services. Two operators recently granted their full mobility license and ready to outsource their certain tasks anytime. In some remote places of Nepal there used to be a problem to mobilize the human resources in a right time however the recent road construction and development has made it easier.  Prospective company would like to get the work for at least more than 200 sites right now including the services above. When we achieve some sort of success in first level of work we would like to expand our working sites more than 500 within a period of two years. After that company will add the next business and services as per the growing demand of work and technology per day.

There are total six telecom operators that they have been providing their services by the long time. However Nepal Telecom is known as the oldest service provider and it has a major market share in Nepal. The second largest telecom service provider is NCELL which was established in 10 years ago now it is running under a joint venture with Telia Sonera an apparent telecom company from Europe. Apart from that rest 3 telecom companies (including limited mobility) have been providing their services as per their coverage and capacity.
When the market competition has taken a place in Nepal between the telecom operators, they have started outsourcing their certain works like tower construction, frontline maintenance and fiber connectivity at their NODS and base stations in order to improve the service quality and to meet the standard of ITU (International Telecom Union). You scared me with that 300 million. That would be a lot of people to pack into a mountain land about the size of California, and even more if it was really only 171,00 square feet.
