someone is easy to do something?

A person with low immunity is easy to be infected or get a disease.

An animate subject (human) cannot be placed in subject position
when it comes to the type of adjective like difficult, hard, easy and so forth.

Is the sentence correct or accepted? I would have made it this:
It's easy for a person with low immunity to be infected or get a disease.

I should have added this:
I wanted to know if the subject of an infitive clause can be moved to the subject position of the main clause.

So far I've understood that it can't be, the reason isn't clear, though.
Did you know about the reason?

Please give us an example.

Maybe, if I see it. My first guess is that the subjects are not necessarily the same: I saw him do it.
