Somebody with no business skills

Hi teachers~

I am looking for expressions for somebody with (or without) business skills.

Some farmers only grow vegetables, but some make vegetable products and make additional profits.

I am wondering if there is a name for the skills or the people, or any expressions.

Thank you in advance~

Hi One expression is 'giving added value'. If you grow food then, of course, that is a good thing. If you are able to market it in a special way, making it more appealing to customers, then you are giving it added value.
