Is there any specific tense after "IF"??I mean,1) 'If he GO abroad, he will make a house' 2) 'If I ASK my dad will do it"Is every sentence with IF should be in present tense??

If he goes abroad, he will take a plane.
If he went abroad, he would take a plane.
If he had gone abroad, he would have taken a plane.
If he is going to go abroad, he'll take a plane.
If he has gone abroad, he took a plane.
etc.

Yes, its like this
Zero conditional - for specific facts and things certain to happen.
Eg- If you don't breath, you die!

2) 1st conditional - for situation that are very likely to come true
Eg- If we win this game, we will go to the top of the league
Grammar - If + Present Simple, Will/Won't + Infinitive

3) 2nd conditional - for dreams, wishes, and situation very unlikely to come true
Eg- If I won 50Million Pounds, I would buy an island.
Grammar - If+ Past tens, Would + Infinitive

4) 3rd conditional - for regrets and past situations that are impossible to change
Eg - If I hadn't eaten that curry, I wouldn't have been sick.
Grammar - If + Past Perfect , Would + Past Participle

Another way -
If it rains tomorrow, I will use an umbrella
OR
I will use an umbrella if it rains tomorrow (don't use the comma, when if clause comes second)

It's not necessarily very likely that they will happpen; it's just that there is a real possibility that they will.

The if-clause can contain any present tense, simple, progressive or perfect. Will commonly appears in the main clause, but other modals are also used, as are other tenses and aspects.

1st conditional:

Grammar - If + Present Simple/Present Progressive + Present Simple/Present Progressive/Future Simple/Future Progressive/Imperative

Eg : If + I miss the bus, + I will be late for school

2nd Conditional ;

Grammar - If + Present Perfect/Present Perfect Progressive/Preterite/Past Continuous + Full Infinitive + Conditional Present/Conditional Present Progressive

Eg; If + I was + to miss the bus, + I would be late for school.

Or

Grammar - If + Imperfect Subjunctive + Full Infinitive + Conditional Present/Conditional Present Progressive

Eg : If + I were + to miss the bus, + I would be late for school.

Or

If + modal auxiliary "should" + Bare Infinitive + Conditional Present/Conditional Present Progressive

Eg : If + I should + miss the bus, + I would be late for school.

3rd Conditional ;
