Grammar

Somebody get the phone. vs Somebody always gets hurt.

I read those examples sentences in a book.
I 'm curious about if they are grammatical or natural.
and what the difference of the meaning of them is.
I can't see why get must be used in #1 and gets in #2.
Well my question is grammer for the usage between  the third person singular and a bare infinitive.
I 'd also like to know what they mean.
I'm sorry for asking too much. but Please please answer me well and easily because I 'm not a English native speaker.

#1 Somebody get the phone.
#2  Somebody always gets hurt.

"get" in #1 is an imperative. The speaker is telling somebody (anyone available) to answer the phone. "gets" in #2 is the normal inflection to match a third-person singular subject ("somebody").
