Somebody could help me remembering English?
Hi everybody.. I finished my studies in English some years ago and I'm forgotting it fastly. I've written a very short text that I would thank you to correct. Many thanks
Do you know what will you do at Christmas? What will you give as a present to your nearest people? How will the year 2010 be?
Next year, it’s going to be a special one for me. I will finish university in June and, because of that, my life will completely change. Next summer I’ll like to go and live and work in a foreign country (even if it’s only for a few weeks. I would like to go to an English-speaking country because I haven’t studied English for a long time and, because of that, I don’t remember it properly and for me it’s a big effort speaking it.
After the summer, I’ll start to do something else. I think I’ll do a master in inorganic chemistry because I want to become a doctor in the near future. I think I’ll study it here in CITY but maybe I should think about getting a good grant and studying it away. I’ve seen that there are many master in United States, in France... but even if I like traveling and knowing new places, I don’t want to stay far away for a long time at the moment.
These things will happen along 2010 but firstly I have to think about this year. Christmas is almost here and I should think about presents. Usually I have to buy a lot of presents at Christmas: to my two siblings, to my brother in law, to my parents, to my boyfriend and to my two small cousins. Moreover, there are birthdays during these days too: two friends, my mother, my sister and my brother in law. How many presents are they? In total they’re thirteen. Fortunately I only give presents for the three wise men day because if I would have to buy presents for Christmas too, I would have to think in 22!! If I have to be sincere I haven’t thought a lot about it because I don’t like at all giving presents when I have to do it by force.
However, I’m sure that even if I arrive at 2010 without much money, it will probably be a great year!
