Somebody can explain me the Modal Verbs Degree!!!

Can you explain me the Modal Verbs Degree, the obligation or percentage of probability of each one????, like : Could, Might, Must, Should, Would. [:^)]

Never heard of it. I don't think it can be done accurately or with consistency; too much depends on situation, interlocutor status, tone of voice, etc.

must be > should be > may be in decreasing order of necessity to possibility. (These are completely impressionistic values. There is nothing mathematically accurate about them!)

must be / has to be - 100% or almost 100%;
should be / ought to be - 50-90%;
may be/might be/could be - greater than 0%
