What did he say at point 2:00 ?He's WHAT?

And right after that he said something like "And it's going to be the weirdest way possible, OK? I'm higher a white person, to dress in ____, to kill you with a samurai sword. HUH?!"

I hope I didn't misinterprete any of the rest part, but what's the costume/clothes he's saying in this sentence?

And why does that have anything to do with that racist Alexandra Wallace's obnoxious ranting against Asian people???????

I cannot get the first sentence - the edit seems to trim it too much – but the rest goes:

I'm not challenging you unless you edited the video yourself. You can see by the instantaneous movement of the guy's face that the video is clipped. In any case, I cannot understand what he said.
