Deteriorate means to wear away, or make worse. You can deteriorate something but it doesnt mean you've ruined it. Ruin means completely destroy, its gone or is no longer useful. You've destroyed it.
False means not true, fake means not real, or authentic. What I say is false and what I write is false. The coin I own, even though the writing and drawings
