Vocabulary

Some vocabualry questions. Thank you.

Hello,

Could you help me figure out the following questions? Thank you for your help.

1. The sentence is from my textbook. Hurry, so that you won’t miss the rain.

But I think that “Hurry, so that you won’t miss the train.”

2. Once you buy a snowboard, all you need is a mountain and lots of attitude. I am not sure about the meaning of “a mountain.” The word “mountain” refers to a mountain itself. Or the author used “mountain” to describe the word “attitude.”

3. Use the words and phrases, as well as, also, and if not, to complete the following paragraph. I am not sure about “if not” in the sentence. Does “if not” work in it?

I think that everyone should learn lifesaving. Then as well as saving yourself, you can also save another person. Can you swim? if not, please learn. It’s really easy.

Thanks again.
