At 0:52 compound exercise with the dumbbell At 0:55-0:58 squeezing every last fibre of your chest on every rep At 1:08 things like decline or dips At 1:21 we're aiming to pump the muscle up with blood At 2:59 this is going to help us to put more trauma on the chest 3:17 It sounds to me like he says "tricep", but I don't understand what that has to do with the "lower portion of the chest". The "triceps" muscle is in the arm. Anyway it's normally "triceps", not "tricep".

  • It could be another "tri-" word, which would fit with there being three exercises, but I don't know which word.

Thanks a lot, I'm checking the subtitles as well, but where I'm hearing words I'm uncertain about them I feel that I must to ask about it and to understand for sure what I'm earing... maybe he spoke the words too fast.

I think 3:17 is "tri-set", a set of three exercises. It is either a word from the world of workout or a word he made up. I heard "tricep", too, first pass.
