Some stuff I need to explain

I used to know this but right now, I've unfortunately forgotten. I forgot how to ask somebody if the game or book is good for example. Which question is good?
How is that game? or How that game is?
also I would like to know why you ask if you want to know the name of book for example. What book is this? What city is this? because recently I've made a mistake I wrote: What is this book?

I 've recently seen a photo where was said (sorry for bad words)
What is this ***? why it wasn't What *** is this?
I am little confused about this.

I would also like to know this: How would you say these 2 correctly? Did you do what I did? or Have you done what I've done?

Next: What is correct? I haven't known that till now or I didn't know that till/until now.

And this means: If you asked better I would help you - like if you asked me better I will help you like in present. and if he said this: if you asked better i would have helped you?

If I want to talk about what I shouldn't wouldn't done in past, i have to add HAVE to this sentences?

Anyway I would like to know how are these sentences used cause I play online games a lot. And when somebody types in chat: Why didn't you help me? How I should reply? I couldn't help you or I couldn't have helped you?

Btw does American sometimes use this? I haven't known that or is more common to say: I didn't know that. also which one is correct? I haven't known that before. I didn't know that before?

because I am very confused about this and I've studied it for 3 years and still don't get it. Last question is: I knew, that you won't break the promise. or I have known that you won't break the promise. or I have known that you wouldn't break the promise. or I knew that you wouldn't break the promise. ????? Thanks for or replies guys! PLEASE HELP ME AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH
