Some sentences with two verbs

Hello everyone,Can you tell me whether I am right or not ?

1-) I planned to go to Hungary with you.Which verb does "with you" belong to? Plan or go?It's not certain, I think. Maybe I will go to Hungary with you, maybe I just planned it with you, but you won't come with me. 2-) I gave up playing the computer at night.What is "at night" ? It may belongs to "gave up" or "playing".Maybe, I gave up it at night or maybe I was playing the computer at night and I stopped it. 3-) I decided to meet you yesterday.What is "yesterday" ?Maybe I decided about it yesterday or maybe I decided to meet you and we will meet yesterday. Finally, The meaining will be certain with emphasis.Am I right? Thank you in advance..
