Could you please help me makes these sound natural and grammatical?

- These flashcards cover everything you need to know for the exam.

- The hotel bills towels/for towels. / The towels are billed.

- When you blow on your hands when its really hot outside, the air that comes out of your mouth seems so cold but when it's cold outside, the air (that comes out of your mouth) seems hot.

- The word love is too small compared to what we have going on between us./too small to describe what we have going on between us. (how to say this? TOO SMALL: NOT STRONG ENOUGH maybe????)

- In a hotel, the receptionist usually takes care of the phone bills. When people use the room phones, (the duration of ) their converstation are kept on record, that way every night, the receptionist does the billing of the phone calls for that day for each room, so that the clients can pay for the phone calls at checkout.

How would you properly say the above please?

The hotel bills for towels. Or: The hotel charges for towels.

- When you blow on your hands when its <it's>really hot outside, the air that comes out of your mouth seems so cold but when it's cold outside, the air (that comes out of your mouth) seems hot.
First, I would put this in parallel grammatical form:

When it is hot outside and you blow on your hands, the air that comes out of your mouth seems cold, but when it is cold outside, the air from your mouth seems hot.

- The word love is too small compared to what we have going on between us./too small to describe what we have going on between us. (how to say this? TOO SMALL: NOT STRONG ENOUGH maybe??)
I think you want a word that deals with strength or quality rather than size.
"The word "love" is too weak/feeble/simple/ordinary to describe what we having going on between us." (or "to describe the feelings that we share.")

Then, each night, the receptionist does the billing for the phone calls each room made that day. That way, the clients can pay for their phone calls at checkout."
