Some sentences need checking

1) should I write delivered direct to or delivered directly to
2) 'just as'...,'so too' structure:
Is it right to write Just as other drugs have their own bad effects, so too does penicillin have some unhealthy sides.
3) Is it right to write share ideas and exchange knowledge (should share go with ideas)
4) People usually judge one's ability based on their first impression about one's looks: is this sentence ok, and how to avoid using one's twice.

1) Usually delivered direct to but there are contexts where 'directly' might be ok

2) You have used the 'just as' and 'so too' correctly but your use of 'bad effects' and 'unhealthy sides' is not right. Side-effects is a set phrase.
