Could anyone check these sentences, please?

1) Do you remember the song which we listened to when we were at holiday at the seaside?

2) Is that the restaurant where I had a dinner with you last year?

3) It's a plane which can fly without being intercepted by radar.

4) The enterprice which you sent your letter of claim to closed down.

5) My son is at hospital, that's the reason why I didn't joined the meeting of the members.

I'm not a native (so I might be wrong about it), but I'd rather wrote therse sentences like that: 1) Do you remember the song which we were listening to on holiday at the seaside? 3) It's a plane which can fly without being intercepted by a radar. 4) The enterprise which you sent your letter to claims to be shutdown.
