some questions regarding prepositions and adverb particles

When I was doing the exercises, I met some problems of prepositions and adverb particles. Some model answers do not sound right to me, and even after I checked up on google I still could not find the result of those "strange" model answers (Maybe it is just me who find that strange). So can you guys kindly help me to see if I was wrong?

Which preposition should I use in the following sentence?
1) Our boss is a woman (with/of) quick temper.
I used "with" but the answer is "of".

2) He is quite generous with is money because he comes (from/of) a wealthy family.
I used "from" but the answer is "of".

3) Did you notice that girl (with/in) a gold necklace?
I used "with" but the answer is "in".

4) The dog's barking deprived me (from/of) sleep last night.
I used "from" but the answer is "of".

Also, if you find out some grammatical errors of what I have typed, please tell me:) Thanks a lot for your help!
