Some questions please

1. compete mainly on better products- to produce better products?
2. what is oblivious in this context?
3. can you please explain out-compete?

The first level is what we call a level 0 business model strategy companies that focus mainly on product technology and related services are at level 0 the best of them build great value propositions with a strong product market fit the companies that compete mainly on better products and value propositions are often oblivious to the fact that they could out-compete others by combining their products with a better business model

1. The meaning of the first one is clear. If you translate it literally, you'll understand it.

2. "oblivious" here, means "The companies are often unaware of the fact that....".

3. "out-compete" means "to win or come out ahead in a competition or rivalry".
