Some questions on American English pronounciation

1) Can native speakers distinguish between the 'unvoiced' and 'voiced' 'th' sounds? Does it sound weird if "th" in "three" is voiced?

2) How do you pronounce -rate or -late in the vocabularies ending with these?

For example, accurate = aeh-kyu-rit? or ae-kyu-ret? chocholate=cho-kohl-let? or cho-kohl-lit?

3) I heard that I can drop the 't' sound in words like international(inernational) or accurately(aeh-kyu-rul-ly), . Am I right?
