Some questions (back of the bus, etc)

Hi,

I need your help over the following sentences:

1)You know, you supposed
to be some SLICK-*** killer.

What does it mean?

2) Now look at you... All BACK-OF-THE-BUS and ***.

and

3) We attack them next. TAKE IT STRAIGHT INTO THEIR TEETH.
