some questions about a sentence

0"I had suspected that you had sticky fingers, so I had security cameras installed"02br
02br
00The part, "I had security cameras installed", is that the same as "I installed security cameras"? It kind of looks like it's in the passive form, but that would be "security cameras were installed", so I'm kind of confused about the form.02br
02br
00Just to confirm, "I had suspected" 'applies' (only) to "I had security cameras installed"->"I installed security cameras" right? The 'had' in the original disappears in the modified form, and so the past perfect form of the sentence is made clear.02br
02br
00Also, "you had sticky fingers" rather than "you have sticky fingers" is used. It is kind of confusing because simple past means something existed in the past but not anymore(but I guess the sentence as a whole is not in simple past). Is it because of "I had suspected that" that 'had' can be used even though it's not refering to past habit?0-
