Some people think that when recruiting, companies should aim to take on people who are innovative and able to work independently while others considered they should recruit people who are able to work in a team and follow instructions. Discuss...

Staff has a positive role to play in the company. While there are some benefits to choosing an applicant who has teamwork skill and follow instruction, I would argue that it is better to recruit people who are innovative and able to work independently.


People have able to work team and listen to others that is attractive for several reasons. Firstly, it is reduced job for every person. One person perform a job is heavier than two persons. Thus, the job is solved more efficiently and faster. Secondly, company will have war between staffs. When each person has their own opinion, this easily creates debates in the office.

On the other hand, I believe that it is more beneficial for company when take creators and independents. They will give many good ideas. The application of these opinions able to help development of company. They can work without the reminder from boss. They know arrange their job, and perform a science way. Therefore, the company will rapidly growth.

In conclusion, it seems to me that people who are independent and innovative should selected when recruiting.
