Some people think that there should be some strict controls about noise. Others think that they could just make as much noise as they want. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

People have different view about whether noise should be controls but some people say that they can make noise if they want. In my view, I would agree that noise making be under control.

First of all, noise should be limited for some reasons. The first reason is too much noise can significant effect to people’s health. Living in an environment have too much noise for a long time can cause disease such as high blood pressure, insomnia, cardiovascular disease and sick of hearing impairment. The other reason is noise can reduce academic and job performance. This is because noise make people are distracted from their work so that the reason why library and office always request quiet environment.

In the other hand, I believe should be allowed make noise for people’s legitimate needs. Firstly, making noise is a type of recreational activities. There are so many activities such as karaoke singing or party holding makes so much noise but people can be relaxed after a long tiring day. Besides, people are living in a modern word there for problems about noise can be resolved. For example, people can build the soundproofed room recreational and work so they do not to keep quite.

In conclusion, people can create noise that they want but they also need strict control it to do not bad influence to other people.
