It cannot be denied that the world is ever-evolving. A school of thought put heavier emphasis on changing urban areas by growing more plants in lieu of creating more accommodation. In this essay, I will examine the pros and cons of this thinking before showing my opinion.
On the one hand, it is understandable why some people prefer planting trees in densely-populated regions. The rationale is that this action would bring a host of benefits to towns and cities. In a biological scale, planting more trees will provide an amount of oxygen and shadow for people to breathe in tandem with regulating the climatic change. In addition to this, the hotter the overall temperature of the Earth becomes, the more critical growing trees is. Constructing more houses cannot warrant the issue of making atmosphere fresher, not to mention increase the pollution in some empty areas.
On the other hand, I would argue that downplaying the importance of building more houses is such an overly grim view. In fact, it is estimated that there are more babies born, which entails the proliferation of population. Therefore, it is demanding to construct more buildings for the general public to reside, especially when many rural people move to urban areas to improve their living standards. Having more houses built for particular purposes also lend some visual interest to uncovered spaces. For these reasons, planting more trees is not considered as a priority to implement and building more houses could remedy a host of problems among human.
In conclusion, although growing more trees may produce good results to some extent, it is not a prioritized issue and I believe that providing more housing estate can boost the city and towns’ development because of the aforementioned reasons.

Do not mix italics and normal fonts. It is disconcerting. You have many unnatural phrases. Also, many of your points are difficult to understand. The logic is unclear.
