Some people think that it is more beneficial to take part in sports which are played in teams, like football. Other people think that taking part in individual sports like tennis or swimming is better. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

It is argued that people will gain more benefit from solo sports such as swimming or tennis. Other people, however, believe that it is better in engaging in team sports like football or volleyball. While ther are certainly valid arguments to the contrary, i personally suppose that the advantages of individual sports far outweight than team one.

On the one hand, there are many reasons why individual sports are better than team sports. Firstly, when they play solo sports, they know that no one helps them so they try to develop their own independence and decisions to reach the goal. By contrast, those who participate in team sports are received supporting by team members. This leads to the fact that they completely depend on people who play with them.and they can not make their own decisions. Another reason is that players into solo sports know that their effort, decisions and determine bring success for them. Therefore, they try their best in order to achieve the highest goal.

On the other hand, team sports still have outstanding sides, especially teaching people valuable skills which help them in usual life. Take football as an example. Those who play this game must learn how to cooperate with other or even sacrifice themselves for the sake of their team. Moreover, team sports also teach them about leadership, which is one of the most important skill in finding jobs today.

In conclusion, although people say that we should choose team sports to play, i believe that solo one is much better.
