Some people think that it is a waste of time for high school students to study literature, such as novels and poems. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Learning literature in high school is thought to be not useful for scholars. Even though there are a number of merits around this issue, I still disagree with the statement and several reasons will be explained further in this essay.

Firstly, since numerous universities and colleges enroll more related calculation majors, a sector of students tend towards paying attention to these subjects. On top of that, some high schoolers may have a thought that essay is the reason why they do not have time for other essential subjects such as Mathematics or Science. Spending time on learning poems could be a huge obstacle and the young may receive nothing except demerits. Nevertheless, from my perspective, exploring in brochures allows students to identify those who are capable in the skyline and set up their careers in the future. Moreover, it can be an entertaining way of seeking a land waiting for everyone.

High school students choosing to study literature attain a range of benefits. Novels help students figure out a profound observation about the culture and what happened or highlight history events during periods of time. Besides, not only do young people comprehend about different eras, he or she also digs the truth out of the writer. Thanks to this, future lessons can be more easily approached by enormous pupils. Next, the more focused on work, the better the communication and behavior are. This is due to the fact that a variety of words are only found in pamphlets. Taking in literature means taking in a form of art. Without art, life has never been colorful like today. Lastly, it is believed that all subjects deserve to play a significant role in learner’s developments, and literature is no exception.

In conclusion, I am in disagreement with the argument that studying literature such as poetries, collected works and so on spoil their learning because of obtaining specific education about the world and revealing students.
