Going to university has been a topic of interest in recent years in social discussions. A large number of people think that citizens must be entitled to gain advanced education irrespective of financial background. I entirely agree with the perspective, although there are some drawbacks.
On the one hand, pursuing universal enrichment without paying fulfills the gap of poverty and unemployment on both individual and societal sides. Since tuition-free programs in colleges stand a better chance for students to observe a bachelor's degree, more and more employees will land well-paid jobs. Thus, this phenomenon leads to a more well-educated workforce, which acts as a precursor to not only a thrived economy but also a civilized society.
On the other hand, the provision of free-charge higher education results in a competitive environment between job seekers whose applications include a bachelor's degree. The primary cause for this is the influx of high graduation among peers, which will raise the proportion of youth unemployment. Hence, fellow honorees have to make an effort so as to achieve an MBA; however, this is the cost to their well-being. Regarding covering the shortage of tuition fees for maintenance, universities put a strain on governments. In addition, numerous unsolicited solutions containing higher taxes, budget deficits, and reduced wellfares were put down to the community. Therefore, residents will become mad at their living as they need to work hard to afford the price.
In conclusion, a part of the community sees that a prior educational system should be available to everyone regardless of lack of budget. I agree with this opinion in light of the reasons I have listed previously.
