There are many people believe that job satisfaction is more important than a steady job. On the contrary, there are many other people objecting this statement. This essay will discuss both opinions; yet, I hold a belief that job satisfaction is so necessary.

On the one hand, job satisfaction brings benefits for people. Firstly, job satisfaction promotes people have a better life. If people have job satisfaction, they will make everything better. Working with passions will help people work hard; thence, effective work will also expand. For example, according to BBC news, 50000 workers are satisfied with their job will make them create good products. In addition, job satisfaction helps workers earn more money to have a good life. For instance, according to a research of East University, if people make lots of money, the quality of life will be expanded. People have money to buy good products, pay for good services, travel around the world whenever and wherever they want; hence, they will have a great life. From my perspective, I believe that the job satisfaction is an important key in a career.

On the other hand, many people think an unchangeable job is more important than job satisfaction. The stable job will ensure their life quality has no chance. People will not face many difficulties, if they have a stable job. For example, when people have a permanent job, they do not have many problems. However, a permanent job will make life so boring. The unchangeable job makes workers not attempt to working; hence, it is easy to be pleased with their life.

In conclusion, there are convincing argument both for and against job satisfaction or the stable job; yet, I think that job satisfaction is a necessary aspect of life.
