Some people think environment problems are too big for individuals to solve .Other believe individuals can also for some things to solve these problems .Discuss both views and give your own opinion .

People have different views on how to handle environment problems .While some people believe this issue is too difficult for anyone to resolve, I would argue that resolving the environmental issues should be the responsibility not only of governments or organizations ,but also of individuals .

On the one hand, there are various reasons why people believe that environmental problems are too enormous for individuals to solve . Firstly, some global issues such as global warming ,air and water pollution , over-consuming global resources and the rise of sea levels require governments intervention because the risks of these problems are extremely serious , which have many adverse effects on our planet. Secondly, it would be difficult for some individuals to protect the environment without helping the community .For example, if a family tries to keep the street clean , while neighbors throw rubbish and litter away on the street , the street will be dirty and environment can be polluted .

In spite of these arguments , I believe some people can handle this matter by doing several actions .The first action is that some person can opt for taking the public transport , riding their bicycle ,or walking instead of using private vehicles such as cars to help reduce carbon emissions released into the environment .This would drop air pollution and global warming which are concerned by the leaders of many countries around the world .Another important thing would be recycling rubbish that is produced from households .To be specific , every family can separate and recycle waste to reduce the amount of waste in the environment and protect natural environment .For instance , people might recycle paper to reduce the rate of deforestation ,protesting the forests –the lungs of Mother Earth .

All things considered, although it seen sensible for some people to believe that problems related to environment are too large for individuals ,I believe that people can do several things to solve these problems.
