On the other hand, the drawbacks of renting a shelter can not be denied. The inconvenience is also an aspect that tenants should take into account. Lessees are not able to decorate or renovate the house as their aesthetic taste, and they have to comply with the landlord’s regulations such as limited number of lessees or the length of the lease. Furthermore, tenants have to spend a considerable amount of money on rent for a long-term which this expenses could be saved for their retirement, even buying a new house. In conclusion, although choosing to rent accommodation has some clear benefits, there are several drawbacks. People should carefully consider the pros and cons before making a decision.
