Some people believe that young people should be free to choose job they want to do. Others think young people should be realistic and do the job that be possible for them. Discuss both view and give your opinion.

In the modern world, there are several perspectives of choosing job. Some people think that young people are able to choose their favorite job while others believe that it is better for young people to choose the suitable job. I am going to discuss both view according to my personal viewpoint

As far as I know,if young people are allowed to do their prefered job, they will probably work harder and more efficiently. Take an example of my aunt, she really loves children so she decided to apply for a job as a kindergarten teacher. Because of her consciention, she always completes her work professionally and the children of her class also love her. Morover, the children’s parents usually rest assured to give their off-spring to my aunt. As the result, when young people are free to do the job they want, they are more likely to maximize their abilities on work. Therfore, the quality of job would probably improve better and more efficiently

On the other hands, there are some advantages to choose suitable job. If young people apply for a job that is possible for them, they will not spend too much time on learning how to do the job. By having available experiences, they can also find it easier to harmonize with the work. So they not only reduce the time to get used to it but also bring the benefit for themselves. In reality, although the suitable job is unlikely to make you feel interesting, it also help you to earn money for your life

In conclusion, it seems to me that if young people can find a job, which they both prefer and are suitable, they should apply this job now. But the job is over your ability much, you should think about choosing the job that is possible for you
