Some people believe that women should be treated as equal to men when applying for a job with the police or military. Others think that women are less suitable for this kind of job. Discuss both views and give your opinion

There is a controversial issue that women should have equal rights when seeking a job that is associated with the police or the military whereas the others argue that females are incapable of pursuing this sort of job. From my perspective, I would side with the formal idea.

On the one hand, women are unsuited with such jobs as the police or the military because these occupations are extremely physically demanding. The lack of physical strength and mental capacity are a barrier for females to engage in strenuous activities which is even exhausting for men.

For instance, in terms of carrying firearms in the war zone, if women struggle to use firearms in the battle, it is synonymous with the fact that they will put the mission in jeopardy

Nevertheless, I am convinced that females are more suited with certain jobs without gender bias. In the police service, female officers are more likely to have outstanding performance in researching or arranging the data because women are more careful than men. In the military service, nursing is the initial choice for women because maternal instincts stimulate dedication and make them heartwarming professionals. Regardless of gender, many women desire to apply for the police and the military and they would have certain expertises and qualifications. Therefore, they should not be discriminated against for opportunities for this kind of job.

All things considered, while people believe that women should not opt for the police and the military duties because of physical strength shortage, I believe that there will have several missions in this sort of jobs which is suitable with a woman's ability
