From my perspective, while some people believe that some factors like money or personal appearance are successful keys in life. I would argue that it also depends on diligence and determination.

On the one hand, it is a good idea to have a huge amount of budget to invest in business and change personal appearance in a positive way. To illustrate, cosmetic surgery is becoming more and more popular, in particular, in some developing countries like Korea, people have a tendency to change personal appearance in a positive way. With the purpose of having a good-looking appearance which helps them to eliminate inferiority complex. Furthermore, it also enables them to make a fresh start with an enormous amount of budget are available at the beginning. For example, persons coming from a wealthy family have a chance to inherit possession to start their on business at an early age.

On the other hand, I believe that those who maintain good habits of working hard and self-disciplined are likely to move up to the career ladder rather than persons who just depend on beloved family members or good fortune. To illustrate, some people who have a successful career and job prospects like entrepreneur Dang Le Nguyen Vu, founder of Trung Nguyen legend cafe chains in Viet Nam coming from underprivileged family. Furthermore, the determination will also help people to make the right decision to embark on starting up a business or anything which is relevant to your career.

To sum up, it seems to me that pursuing a successful career depends much more conditions and the ability of each person so if people try their best to develop themselves every day, they will get a successful career in the long term.
