Studying at higher education has been a controversail issue. People have different views about learning at university or college is the best way to at the top employment. Personally, I totally agree that.

On the one hand, there are several reasons why studying at university or college is the best route to a successful career. Firstly, learning at higher education helps us to get better job. This means, a degree can open the door to better employment prospects because economics are becoming increasingly knowledge-based. Secondly, academic qualifications are required in many professions. In fact, it is impossible to become a doctor, teacher and lawyer without having the revelant degree. Therefore, university graduates have access to more job opportunities, and they tend to earn higher salaries than those with fewer qualifications.

On the other hand, there are many reasons why I believe that it is more beneficial for people when they study at university or college. The first, the job market is becoming increasingly competitive. This means, people who do not have qualifications from a university or college will not be able to compete because there are hundred of applicants for one position in a company. The secondly, repetitive manual jobs are now done by machine and many factories have moved to developing countries. In fact, people who do not study at higher education will not able to work away.

For the reasons mentioned above, it seems to me that people is more likely to be successful in their careers if they study beyond school level at higher education.
