Some people believe that school children should not be given homework by their teachers,whereas others argue that homework plays an important role in the education of children.Discuss both of these views and give your own opinion

It is believed that teacher should not give home work to their students while there are some strong argument against the setting of homework.I still believe that it is a necessary aspect of education

There are several reasons indicate that homework is an unnecessary burden on children.Firstly,schoolwork that a student is required to do at home does nothing to improve their education outcomes.There is some evidence support to this idea.In Finland,children should be not given homework,however,rank top international leagues tables,outperform countries where set the homework in the norm.Secondly,after a long day study hard at school,children may too tired to study further,so they need a leisure time.In this way,they can get rid of stresses and prepare better for study to the next day.Play time is as beneficial as study time ,free time after studying will motivate the perspective of brain development so well

In spite of the above arguments,I support the view that homework has an important to play in education.Homework encourage independent learning and problem solving of children.It forces children work through challenges and tasks alone and apply knowledge that was taught in classroom in practice.For example,in Math,student need to get definition of concepts or formulas and consolidate their understanding of concepts while doing exercise at home.In my view,it is important to develop an independent study habit and self-consciousness .Students,children have to work alone as an adult.

Homework,of course,is a drawback.However,there is no denying that the benefits outweigh them in a long term
