It is a common belief that teachers should not give assignment to their students. However, there is a more persuasive argument that the importance of homework in a child's education can not be overstated inasmuch as it can help them master lessons.

On the one hand, home-exercise may put a pressure on kids and they may sacrifice their rest time only to finish it. Children almost go to school both in the morning and afternoon and do not have only one assignment for a subject but three to five ones for three to five subjects. Thereby, an evening can not be enough for them to complete all tasks. Many students have to stay up late and get up early to have them done before attending classes. Schoolchildren often are worried about what if they do not do the homework fully. My close friend, for example, once was punished by her teacher and told off by her parents because she had forgot to do the tasks. It can be said that the more homework is, the more stressed children get.

Nevertheless, I support the idea that the significance of home-exercise can be expressed through the way it benefits school-aged kids to understand obviously what they have just been taught. Lessons in classes might be academic theory, so abtract and complex formulas. Thus, students should do the homework given by their teacher to realize how theories work and can be applied in reality. People often say ' Theory goes hand in hand with practice'. In this case, a school has conduct a study on a class 9A, the study has shown that children who accomplish the tasks more usually have greater academic performance than classmates who is lazy to do them. Moreover, doing the assignment also help kids to discover new knowledge by themselves.

To sum up, while it is apparent that home-exercise to students by their teachers should be eliminaated, it is undeniable that children can benefit from tasks to improve their academic level.
