Over the last few decades, the world has seen that it is good for students to have the same teacher for several years. Some people believe that students benefit more from having new teachers each year. In my opinion, it is agreed with that suggestion completely because of the material advantages that it brings. This essay will firstly discuss the disadvantages and then outline information as one of the main advantages of it.
One of the principle disadvantages of having new teachers each year is inconvenience. This is because of the fact that this would hinder for all of teachers to arrange a schedule. As a result, it reduces the likelyhood efficiency of their work. Not only that, it can lead to high cost. Because almost schools would be not very economical to recruiting more teachers into. Thus, they would not afford to pay for others necessary activities or pay salary for pedagogues.
The main disadvantage associated with having new teachers each year is extremely informative about modern things that former teachers can don't know. This is because of the fact that new and young teachers can absorb and teach a lot of new information for pupils. Besides that, this has also created more job opportunities for graduated students from the University Of Pedagogy. Finally, bond as the result of love and attachment between teachers and pupils would be strengthen when students express love for many pedagogues especially on Vietnamese Teacher's Day.
To sum up, it is agreed with that because although there are some disadvantages in having new teachers each years, such as high cost or inconvenience, these are perhaps, outweighed by the material advantages like provide more information, job opportunities and bond of it.
