Nowadays, some people want the school to keep the teacher teaching students for the whole courses. Others think that having different teachers each year has more advantages. In my opinion, the former is better. This essay will discuss both sides and show that my thought is true.

There are two reasons that it is good for students to have the same teacher for several years. First of all, teaching for many years will help teachers understand more about students in the class. Indeed, in a long time, educators can easily know more about the hobbies, strengths and weaknesses of each student in a class. Therefore, they can know the most effective way to teach them. The second reason is that students usually have more fondness with their teacher that work with them for several years. At school, over the years, there would be so much fun and also difficulties that teacher and students have to overcome.
