Essay & Composition Writing

Some parents believe that their children should do educational activities during their free time. Others say that in this way children are under pressure. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

It is sometimes argued that the youth need to take part in studying exercises in their leisure time. While this thinking is valid to a certain extent, I believe that forcing kids to do academic actions after school would have an adverse bearing on their emotions and physical.

To start with, there are many compelling reasons why it is essential for children to do educational activities. Firstly, on the emotional level, doing studying courses will benefit them dramatically. A pupil, for instance, trying to accomplish other learning actions may help them not only retain their knowledge but also help them to understand the lesson easier. As a result, children studying in their leisure time tend to outperform their peers in academic results and actual knowledge. Secondly, on the physical level, numerous advantages are immediately seen from attending educational programs. It is because children who practice learning instead of playing games will reduce the rate of having health problems such as obesity, high blood pressure and heart attack.

Despite the aforementioned, I would contend that children will suffer from stress if their parents seem to want them to engage in studying too long. The main one is lack of relaxing time causes more mental health problems. As world development, numerous high expectations are carried by the kids, who must have been doing whatever they like. This plays a vital role in growing up more pressure on the youth, which leads to isolation and suicidal thoughts. Furthermore, young pupils who are forced to enrol in extra classes may become more fed up than the ones who study naturally. According to recent research, the rate of dropping out of school in hardworking students is increasing more and more, illustrating the potential threats to the global future.

In conclusion, while some maintain that teenagers should attend extracurricular , I believe that it is better not to pressurize them and allow them to do their hobbies in their own time.
