Some would argue that their employees should have a drip when they go to work. In my opinion, however, believe more in quality than their styles or faces.

On the other hand, there is a number of reasons why some people believe that people should have a good appearance. The first reason will have an example to prove it. For instance, there are two people, the first one has a good face and one always wears clean clothes, on the contrary, another just has a normal appearance and sometimes gets some prolix clothes. Who you will choose? The answer certainly is the first person. This thing proves that if they have a drip, you will give priority to them. The second reason is if one person wears the formal cloth, one will feel more confident, hence, some recruiters want their employees always be confident in themselves.

By contrast, I would argue that some people have knowledge and their abilities are valued more than some people have a good appearance. Conversely, they are often tricky to pay attention to by other people, and in some situations, they will face to face with difficulties but with their talents, they can pass them and then they can promote and stand in a high position. For example, if both people do the same job, the valued quality person will do that job better than the person who just has a good face. But not always do people have a drip that will be better than the appearance of people.

In conclusion, although some reckon that people have a gracious appearance that employers will choose them. I personally believe that high-value quality people will be better than appearance.
