Individuals experience distinct perspectives with regard to the question of whether or not Uniform plays a vital role in the workplace.Some people argue that effective productivity always the first priority rather than appearance.From my perspectives, both dress smartly and vale quality of work can be applied together towards a overview of company.

On the one hand, there still exist some evidence showing that dress smartly is the good choice for all employees. First and foremost, The firm enforced the regulations related to synchoronized uniform. Another reason could be that they believe that with a formal and polite dress style, other people will have strong atrraction with the way they work. In the places like hospitals, banks, or shopping malls,..,where the staffs work directly with clients.Besides,A smart and beautiful dress style will make customers impress clearly and feel more pleasure. Aslo with a formal uniform likes polices, doctors, flight attendant,.. It's easy to everyone can identify with different outfits that employees work for.

On the other hand, Some authorities don't compel members to wear uniform or smart dress, they concern about their performance rather than ones.Firtly, most of this place, which don't communicate with customers directly,so they have a preferance for kinds of clothes normally as long as it's suitable for the working environmentFor example, most designers in companies only focus on how to create the products that will satisfy the demand to customer, they don't need to meet them regularly so they don't have to wear formal uniforms, just like wear comfortable and suitables clothes that assist them think more effective.

To recapitulate,in my opinion, i believe that both of these views depend on organisations that employees work for.If the staffs work usually with customer, they need to concentrate on clothes for doing pleasant clients.By contrast, they determine work with professional and specialise major that they want.
