Some Issues in English raised by a newcomer

Deal All,

Having newly joined the club, I would like to introduce myself to everyone. I am using english heavly in my daily works; however, I have some difficulties in chosing the best sentence for explanining the situation or problem in an advanced and formal way.

As such, I have decided to enlarge my acquaintance from the english world. I would very much apprecviate if anyone shares some key rules with examples fo the followings;
Neverthless;
Nontheless;
No matter how/what;
Inverse sentences;
and other recommendations that you believe they would contribute to my english.
