Some ICSE questions

Agreement of Verb with subject.

1. Two and two_______ four.

Ans. make (could it be makes???)

2. Selina as well as her friends ___ (is/are) present.

Ans. is

3. None but the brave______ (deserve/deserves) the fair.

Ans. deserve

4. The jury ____ (was/were) divided in their opinion.

Ans. were

Please check if these are correct and let me know if any of these are wrong. And yes, when is a singular verb used with words like 'jury'.
