Some hole an opinion that with the rise of artificial intelligence (AI), computers and robots will take over the roles of teacher. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

In today's world, advanced and modern technological equipment and machine have become a source of human resources to perform human job perfectly. However, not every job that robots - artifical intelligence can replace human, there are job that can not be replaced by robots, especially teachers. In my opinion, robots can not take over the roles of teachers for these following reasons.

The main reason for my opinion is that robots are only used as a tool to support teachers in teaching and certainly can not replace teacher . A teacher acts as a guide and a mentor for students. AI can memorise to teach students knowledge, but it does not bring other necessary things such as life skills, good morality,....

In addition, teaching keeps it real. In a world, where young people rely more and more on virtual activities, the real-life teaching process has become more important than ever before. A human teacher can teach better learning through verbal expression while AI can not do that. Teachers have feelings like students, so they can share their real-life experiences and emotions with student. For example, while attending classes teachers can give their students some advice about their difficulties in studying or in their private lives.

On the other hand, I can understand the argument against the AI because of its advantage for students. In my point of view, the advantage that pupil do not have to watse his or her time going to school everyday and can spend more time studying, especially during the pandemic. Besides, they have better memory and a vast amout of teaching and learning materials which helps teachers to use an extensive knowledge to help the teaching process.

In conclusion, AI by no mean can be a replacement for teachers but it can be used effectively to enhance the learning process. Students and teachers need to know how to combine and use AI appropriately.
