Some help with the word that I can't make out.

https://youtu.be/NUJhIEpduEU

Hi teachers~

I am making subtitles for my students and having a hard time making out one word (I hope) at 3:45

Between 'suggestion box' and 'we carried an oversize suggestion box...'

Subtitles said it's "where" and I don't exactly understand why "where" is needed here, but it doesn't really matter WHY. (If the answer is WHERE I need to study more to understand.)

I would like to know if it's the word is WHERE.

Thank you in advance.
