Some help pls

Hi,

I have a small problem and I can not go forward:)

Shall I say:

1. "The lost dynamics or the dynamical lose?"

or

2. "Lost dynamics or dynamical lose?"

The question regards the future of political process taking place in the world (so the problem is defined).

I always have a problem with bloody "the":)

Can anyone help?

Thank you
