Some grammar issues

1- Does the sentence:
that writing is part of that article.
have any difference with
that writing is part of that article.


2- Does the sentence:
I/He myself/himself can solve the exercise.
sound natural? 

3- Are these correct English:
I'm in a hurry. 
I wrote it with hurry.
?

4- It has been postponed. Is the questioning form of it this: Why does it have been postponed?
