Because children are usually active, it is easy for them to copy foreigners' voices. If they do it again and again, they will speak another language correctly and fluently. Secondly, learning a new language broadens their knowledge. They have good opportunities to access unlimited information resources thanks to hi-tech devices such as smartphones and computers, children can use them to search for whatever they want.
