Some countries allow old people to work to any age that they want. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

In some nations, the elderly regardless of age are unable to work as long as they desire. While I accept that this tendency can have some benefits, I believe that the disadvantages are much more significant.

On the one hand, there are some advantages to this policy. From a social perspective, the old would be provided more opportunity to achieve and maintain great health. Nowadays, the percentage of people who are older become stressed and depressed is increasing. If they have chance to interact with partner or do more physical activities in workplace will help them folk from feeling lonely like when they at home and unable to do something. Besides, the elderly usually have more experience In work than younger. This enable the community to develop more and older are also earned a high salary and able to meet their living expenses.

However, I would argue that these benefits are outweighed by the drawbacks. Firstly, It really difficult to take on staff who have problems with the state of health because the old can suffer from many health issues such as heart diseases or high blood pressure. Secondly, within the out- throat competition between many workplaces these day, the work produtivity of people who are older cannot be equal to the younger one.
