Some complicated sentences grammatically, PLEASE HELP

Could you please help me correct these sentences grammatically?

1 Even if the water is at room temperature, it will seem cold because of the mint flavoring in it. (there is mint cordial in water)
2 He has no problem asking for help the second she leaves.
3 Vampires are strong based on/according to their age. The older they are the stronger they are.
4 He shouldn't be the one deciding for you.
5 We aren't allowed to charge the bill to her credit card until we have approval.
6 The hotel doesn't bill phone calls daily, once the customer has run up a bill of past 10 dollars, it bills them./they bill clients everytime they go past 10 dollars.
